Cancellation policy

Subscription Policy: The Inner Circle

The Inner Circle is a monthly membership that gives you unlimited Deep Dive readings while it is active. This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work.

Billing

The membership costs $49 per month (USD). You are charged when you join and then automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. Members who join during the founding offer (ending November 30, 2026) pay $19 for their first month and $49 per month after that. The price you will pay is shown at checkout before you confirm.

What membership includes

While your membership is active you can order Deep Dive readings at no charge, one at a time (order your next reading once your last one has arrived). Each reading is delivered by email the same day. Delivery within the hour is available for $10 on any reading where you choose it. Check out with the email address you joined with and your member price is applied at checkout.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, without contacting us, from the Subscriptions page in your account. You can also email motherjoysmagic@gmail.com and we will cancel for you. After you cancel, no further payments are taken and your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Refunds

If your first member reading doesn't feel written for you, reply to it within 7 days of delivery and we will refund your first month's payment. Other monthly payments are not refundable once the month has started, except where required by law. If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, contact us and we will refund that charge.

30-Day Pass

The 30-Day Pass is a single payment of $59 for 30 days of unlimited Deep Dive readings from the date of purchase. It is not a subscription and never renews.

Price changes

If the membership price changes, we will email you before the new price applies to your next payment, and you can cancel before then.

Nature of the service

Readings are offered for personal reflection, spiritual guidance and entertainment. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and no specific outcome is assured.
