Refund Policy

All services offered by Mother Joy's Magic are provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. Because every working, reading, or ritual is a custom digital service created specifically for you, all sales are considered final once work has begun.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund only if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order AND work has not yet begun on your service. To cancel, email us with your order number. Once work has started or the digital delivery has been sent, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital order within the stated delivery window, contact us right away and we will re-send your report or resolve the delivery issue at no additional cost. Verified non-delivery of a digital product due to a technical failure on our end is the only circumstance under which a refund may be issued after work has begun.

Duplicate or Incorrect Orders

If you accidentally purchase the same service twice or purchase the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours and we will refund the duplicate or incorrect order provided work has not begun.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback for a delivered digital service without first contacting us is a violation of these terms and may result in being permanently blocked from future purchases.

No specific outcome, result, or effect is promised or implied, and individual experiences vary. Nothing offered here is a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
